Cancellation Policy

 

Colonic Appointments:

Our goal is to provide quality services to our clients in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

Because appointments are in high demand, your early cancellation will give another client the possibility to have access to the cancelled appointment slot. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call our staff 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you would like to utilize your deposit for a future appointment the staff will be more than happy to do so, however this must be done within 90 days of your original appoinment. As a courtesy we provide confirmation calls one business day before your appointment.  We reserve the right to hold your deposit if your appointment is not cancelled in a timely manner.

To cancel appointments please call 804-320-1220. If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may not cancel via email.
